You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible but may contain minor errors.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable (20% standard rate unless zero-rated).
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice, but any price change will not affect orders already accepted.
Special offers and discounts cannot be used retrospectively.

5. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted only when we send an order confirmation email.

We accept major credit/debit cards and BACS payments for approved trade accounts.

6. Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you upon delivery; title passes when full payment is received.
Carriage charges are shown at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (distance selling).
Business-to-business sales are non-cancellable once the order is processed unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

8. Warranty

All products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from date of invoice.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modification.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, supplier failure, acts of God, etc.).
